You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If there is no damage to the item, any reason for refusing delivery is considered buyer remorse including but not limited to color, dimensions, or other reasons. At our discretion, we will charge 15% for change-of-mind returns.
We can ship to virtually any address in the Contiguous USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we ship within 24-48 business hours. Bulky shipments may take up to 3-10 business days to be shipped. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, delivery date estimates may appear on the shipping courier's tracking page.
Frames are covered for three (3) years for structural defects in materials or workmanship not caused by neglect or abuse. Hardware is also covered for three (3) years for breakage or detachment not caused by neglect or abuse.
